Bill Hilary has a long history in International development and content creation with an emphasis on China.

As an Executive, Producer and Entrepreneur Bill has been responsible for many TV series and Movies sold throughout the world. Including numerous series at: Channel 4 and the BBC in the UK; VIACOM, BBC/Discovery and Jennifer Lopez’s FUSE in the US. He was also COO of World International Productions in Hong Kong, London and New York. He worked for veteran media icon John Heyman who was the first person to finance, sell and bring many TV and Movie productions to China.

At World Productions Bill and John developed series and Movies for CCTV, Shanghai Media Group and Hunan Media etc

Bill has also developed TV series and Movies working with Chinese media companies as partners, such as Salon Media in China and Hong Kong.Because of this reputation in 2019 Bill was invited to be a key speaker at the Essence Capital Media bi annual strategy conference focusing on Media in China.
